Tri-Peaks Solitaire from GASP is an example of a digital version of a form of solitaire that isn't quite as old as the others. Most forms of the classic card game can be traced to the 18th century, but this version was created in 1989. The game became wildly successful, which inspired a whole market of imitation games. This version offers the fun and engaging entertainment of the classic card game without the large download size and subpar graphics that are often found in other solitaire apps.

You'll start with the cards already shuffled and a single open card. The remaining cards on the stack are closed, so your goal is to transfer the playing cards to the open card. When you can't find or don't have an acceptable move, you must open one of the close cards. When a card is moved from the layout to the open card, points are awarded. You'll start by earning a single point, then each card afterward offers one additional point more than the last card.

When a close card is forced to open, your point streak is no longer valid, so you must start back at one. Try this version of solitaire today if you enjoy the game.
